- Cost by list size takes the cheapest plan that covers a given number of subscribers for each tool (subscriber buckets: 500, 1,000, 2,500, 10,000), then reports the cheapest, median, average, and most-expensive across the tools a bucket covers. Tools priced by emails sent, or with no plan covering that size, are excluded from that bucket.
- Price changes compare each tool's earliest and latest dated entry-plan price recorded in 2026; a move counts only when we hold two or more dated observations, so nothing is inferred from a single point.
- All figures are USD list prices on monthly billing unless stated, computed from the vendor pricing pages cited below. Prices change often — confirm on the vendor's site.
